This is a painted version of an illustration I did for one of my anthologies. The story it illustrates is about a woman who loses her eye in an accident in a science lab and has it replaced by a medical genius, with a mechanical contraption similar to a microscope. The painting as also the second image of a popular character in one of my other paintings, Steamed .
