i'm so sorry for my very late reply,i had a lot of troubles with my old PC!
i've used:
-withe paper
-blue pencil
-black indian ink (windsor&newton)
-a brush-windsor & newton series 7 n°1
-photoshop CS to hide the blue pencil and to make the background color a little bit darker!
