Outfit designed by me, I made the hat, collar, loin cloths, diamonds and mask from scratch.
I bought the catsuit, belt, utility pouch, gun (painted it though), mallet, corset years ago (upgraded now), boots and grenades.
(You may not be able to see all of these in this picture).

It's a very nice cosplay. But how much paint did you end up using?

Not all that much, but it's pretty nasty stuff. More recently I've started mixing it with the lightest foundation I could find, which gives it a much better and smoother consistency, and doesn't flake off everywhere during the day (:
