Nice shot. I love the crop and the way she's looking away from the camera. I also really like the black and white, but for me it would look more striking if you increased the contrast slightly and brought out some of the highlights more, which I think would give the shot more depth. It would also be nice if her eyes were slighty more in focus. In saying that I do really like this shot. Nice work
