I would like to talk about my project "Victorian Horrors". This is a three-part graphic novel. The titles of each part are: "Devils rendezvous", "lousy artist" and "The Museum of Dolls ".
Events occur in victorian London. Every story has an original plot, original characters, and mystical coloring.
I want to convey the spirit and atmosphere of that time. My characters will be fictional, however, that shouldn't affect any of the historical events.
Well, first of all, it is a story about people of that era: about their morality, occupations, vices, and ways of thinking. It's about the eternal confrontation of spiritual and scientific. About cruelty and, of course, love.
A lot of things change, when something terrible and inexplicable bursts into the measured life of these people.
My characters will face unusual scary events. Someone "breaks", someone just wants to forget this, and some will turn them(events) in their favor. My story will be about choices of these people.
