her wig is made of faux fur (like for stuffed animals, rugs, stuff like that)
cut pieces to size and then sew them together.
most doll owners don't make them themselves, there are people who sell custom fur wigs (such as myself)

it depends on who you're buying from
I personally charge $10 for single color wigs and $15+ for custom wigs depending on how complicated they are.
but some sellers charge less or more than that, like I said it just depends on who you're buying from.
