I usually actually photoshop it a little, like in this picture, so it shows up better 'cause even when I do catch it in pictures it's generally a little too dark to really be noticeable.

yeah, I paint it white whenever I do her faceup, but since it's actually inside her mouth it catches shadow and usually barely shows up in pictures.
I just trace over it a couple times with white in photoshop on a really low opacity to make it stand out a little better.
