I can't find the original bases for R.O.S.E, but I don't own them for sure

R.O.S.E is one of my OC's for Pokemon, who was to star in season two of A Rocket's Life, but it got cancelled before then, so I figured I'd post them here

R.O.S.E Rocket is actually a Team Rocket creation in another world and is capable of destorying cities with a snap of her fingers, but she got sent to another dimension before that happened :3 She's a top notch Rocketeer who secretly helps with the Rebellion (In this, Giovanni rules the world, and there's a rebellion who fights against them) and has a crush on a boy named Jimmy SHe MUST have her hair over her left eye, because anyone who sees it dies instantly.
