Alright, so like you mentioned in your comment, the line work by 7th Seal is great. Has a very dynamic feel to the piece that really attracts the audiences' interest.
That being said, I think this colouring does not do the line work justice. The main problem in the colouring for this piece is real simple, colour balance.
Lets just say the colours you choose and how you apply them are how some might say "straight out of the bottle". What I'm referring to is similar to when you paint on canvas, and you just grab paint straight out of the tube and use it. It makes it really hard to unify the art together, and stops the flow of the eye around your artwork
For example, in this artwork, you have a lot of dark neutral colours surrounding Spiderman, and plop in the middle are a bold primary red and blue, and a random purple in the top corner. The problem with this is that because spiderman is the main focal point, the viewer's eye just gets stuck between him and carnage(?). As for the purple its just locked away in the corner, and makes it hard to relate to the rest of the artwork.
The solution to this is real simple, just mix up the colour abit, spread it around the artowrk as well. Has your teacher ever told you about using Carbon Black paint out of a container? Well its kinda like that, basically don't forget that their is thousands of different shades/tints of each colour. So for black their is just one neutral black, if you mix it around with blue, red, or yellow, it forms all sorts of black that will blend in better with oyur artwork. Same thing applies to this artwork, try and play around with other colours and distribute it more evenly so the eye can unify and travel around the artwork better.
Well, sorry, I'm not very great at explaining my thoughts on words, hope all this makes sense to you. And please don't be discourage because I said the colouring does not do justice to the line work, I just want you to learn from this and make wonderful colouring in the future.
Anyways, good luck.
