I did get some of the armor idea from this: Octoling Strike . So creds to them.

He had to get a new bandanna because Quinn stole his old one when they first met.
Often does dirty work for DJ Octavio.
He's known for traveling far outside the Octarian territories and made his way into Inkopolis, disguising himself as an Inkling to find out information.
Enjoys confusing the opponent before splatting them.
