You're absolutely right... that radar does steal some spotlights. That's pretty good! The random wooden girl makes it all even better.

I'm glad the radar is so wonderful! Radar wooden girl ... a good name for a band?

That would be great! From here to 50 years they could release a game called Rock Band: Radar Wooden Girl! Sounds popular.

I like how the fake address says USA even though you're Canadian. xD

Hey. Everyone who is ANYONE is in the USA. Right? Right. If there's one thing I know, it's that the word 'Canada' is synonymous with 'largely unsuccessful.'

Thanks! Can cleavage ever be political? Or if you ask a Marxist, can cleavage ever NOT be political?

Thanks. I wrote that disclaimer thing in about one minute just as filler. I assumed I'd replace it with real text later. I was wrong.

Well, I guess it's SOMETIMES the wrong thing to draw. But this is not one of those times.

I don't know why but, for some odd reason, Sophie reminds me to Daphne from Puck. I like them both though!

Yeah, I can see that. There's a similar face shape and the whole tomboy thing is sort of the same. And a hat! In fact, I now realize that I was unintentionally ripping myself off!

..So that's why ships are always female. Or maybe it's another way of bringing out that feminine beauty in the ship!

I think it's all about the cleavage, personally.

First comment!
Great page, the characters look great and so does the woman on the mast... but why did they do that in the past? And in this case the future? Was it somehting to do with protecting the ship? I think I should know this...
Seeing your comics makes me want to start one of my own!!!

Yes! AND you're the first to comment on a picture that was technically posted Augest 3rd, 2008! Now THAT'S saying something!
Now as the for the figures on the masthead, they were originally good luck charms to ward off evil spirits and bad weather, but in this vaguely futuristic comic, I think Sebastian had this statue installed because he likes cleavage. That's my best theory.

I amy have been the first to comment, but I've been very lazy in replying! For that I aplogise, too many distractions!
Mastheads are pretty cool, but also quite errie (except this one and its considerable cleavage!), I think its because I've seen some on shipwreck pictures and those really freak me out... something about somehting under the water... Suchas the Titantic, I remeber seeing photos of it in old National Geographic magazines and even now it sends shivers up my spine!
