Ayano Aishi (Yandere Simulator) - On the outside, Derek is an average boy who has become bored with life. He feigns a flawless, friendly personality at camp wawanakwa to cover his emotionless state of mind and hide his coldly indifferent and manipulative personality.
Paper Star (Carmen Sandiego 2019) - Like Paper Star, Derek is shown to be clinically psychotic, taking great enjoyment out of his missions, and being willing to inflict pain on others to get what he wants. As noted above, Derek was not above using torture tactics if it meant achieving his goals and showed no hesitation.
Serial Designation V (Murder Drones) - Like V, Derek is sociopathic that always carries a sadistic nature, whenever he's going off on a killing spree. Although he states that even when he did murder and was being a killjoy, he still can't feel a single emotion coming from what's it like to kill others.
Demencia (Villainous) - Like Demencia, Derek is shown to be a very energetic, rebellious, mischievous, flirtatious, temperamental, and scatterbrained boy. Hee acts without thinking twice, which constantly gets him and his gang in trouble. He can be very naive and go directly against orders or rules.
Issac "Zack" Foster (Angels Of Death) - Like Zack, Derek is impulsive and prone to violence. He is chaotic, quick to anger, and doesn't hesitate to use foul language in any given situation. When he gets the urge to kill, he becomes giddy and uncontrollably violent. He is barely able to control his murderous impulses. Derek has come into terms with being viewed as a monster due to his appearance and violent tendencies. While he has no problem with murder and destruction, he does see dishonesty as immoral, often declaring how much he hates liars.
Himiko Toga (My Hero Academia) - Like Himiko, Derek is a very cheerful boy, to the point of smiling even after having presumably killed someone, displaying sadistic tendencies. This continues even when danger is imminent, as shown whenever someone was about to attack him, but it tends to stop when he is bored or annoyed. Derek is obviously mentally unstable and has a very twisted perception of love and friendship.

Barry The Chopper (Fullmetal Alchemist) - Like Barry, Derek comes off being an imposing, terrifying person. He is a bloodlusted serial killer that thrills the enjoyment of fear. In reality, however, Barry is a goofball and can often come off as being a bit of a coward despite his ruthless methods of killing. Nonetheless, Derek can come off being quite manipulative and cunning.

Duncan (Total Drama) - They are both crafty teenage criminals
Blitzo (Helluva Boss) - Like Blitzo, Derek is a bombastic, big-talking, and sardonic Boy.
Peter (Your Boyfriend) - Like Peter, Derek has a love-struck nature with his own heart, he is an obsessive, possessive, unstable and violent, Derek also tends to stalk whoever he loves. He's a desperate man that goes great lengths to show how much he loves someone in a twisted way.
Juuzou Suszuya (Tokyo Ghoul) - Like Juuzou, Derek was once a normal child in his youth but it changed over time. Due to the treatment, he had by his mother, Derek's understanding of emotions and morals were gone and he no longer feels any pain or fear as a result. He lacks moral understanding of what's right or wrong and due to him being blamed for killing animals by a psychotic office worker despite no evidence, he has been treated as an outcast and has little social interactions because of it. While Derek does demonstrate a very childish and playful manner whenever he is back at the alley way, it is usually because of his mixed personality where he may seem nice but he holds very violent and destructive tendencies where he will lash out at any opponent and will kill them in brutal and inhumane ways.
Sakuya Watanuki (Servamp) - Like Sakuya, Derek's known as the class clown, as he's always making jokes, and telling rumors of nearby monsters in an effort to scare his friends. the only person who knows his true identity, is Duncan.
Vanny (Five Nights At Freddy's: Security Breach) - Like Vanny, Derek is shown to have a sadistic personality hidden behind a childlike flamboyance.
