That would be hilarious if you were walking out with a friend and didn't get back home in time. Then your friend looks over, seeing you change and hulk out, but your only a pastel colored cartoon horse.
How would you explain that? I'd imagine being a normal werewolf would be easier to explain.

Yeah. Like I said, it would even be easier to explain if you were turning into a generic werewolf or werecreature because at least everybody is familiar with that, though they'd probably run away from you.
A mlp character/OC though? You wouldn't be scary to them (at least, not after the initial reaction), and you'd be stumbling over words trying to explain to someone your character back story/the show they came from/the fandom. It would be endless amounts of awkward.
