After some long thoughts I am going to stick with the title I created in the first place. thank you for the suggestions my friends!

Plot Idea: The idea is that survivors of a event that left the Earth becoming a slowly dying work with little or no life left on the surface, what left of life is underground at underground springs and powered by thermal vents, for 24 years a small group lived happily seeing each day as another happy day of living a life as a treat. Until someone that wish to try and restore Earth at a cost of another world tries to attack the old lab and underground village, forced to flee the survivors leave through a dimensional rift. One of them tasked with saving that world with a device that would create feedback, simple task right? Well that when it becomes not so simple, upon entering the person is warpped through the passage leading to the other world to awake through the eyes of a young foal colt Electuroo.

The story follows mostly with Electuroo from that point alongside the events that will change this version of Equestria either for the better or for the worst. Electuroo's close friends from being a child are Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash.
