But that really was Hayashida Heihachi's introduction from the Samurai-7 anime. Not having money to pay for the tea, Heihachi suggested using his sword to chop wood and make toothpicks for the cost. A nice volunteer indeed! It's a bit......for a samurai to use his sword in this way, though.
(And he even works with a smiling face...)

You couldn't deny that Heihachi's a good guy, but he does have further reasons for being volunteer...and not saving money for living. During wartime, he once leaked critical information to the enemy just for money, which leads to his whole battalion's death.
In order to atone for his betrayal, Heihachi tries his best to do good things for the others...and tries to behead any betrayers he meets.

Finally finished coloring all of my outlines! This one was drawn on September--really old indeed. I I even didn't finished watching the whole anime when I drew this...
