Sakura stood a few feet away from the bathroom door, waiting for Sasuke to emerge, clenching and unclenching her fists.

The door finally opened fully and Sasuke stepped out, pausing when he saw her standing there, face blank. He raised a questioning (and perfectly arched) brow.

Sakura looked up at him, eyes wide and innocent looking.

"How do you feel?" she asked.

"... Fine."

"Everything is healed?" she asked, taking a step closer.

"Aa," Sasuke said, swallowing.

"No more fever?" another step closer.

"..."

Sakura now stood about half a foot away from Sasuke, closer than he had ever let anyone stand.

"So you feel better now right? Because I healed you?" Sakura asked, her voice low and husky.

"Aa," Sasuke began to wonder just where this conversation was headed.

"So, tell me something, when you came into my room yesterday," she began, licking her lips, her hand toying with the collar of his shirt," all... bloody and broken... did you just... expect me to heal you? Is that why you came?"

Sasuke didn't answer, Sakura looked up and him with a smirk that would have made him proud, hand glowing with chakra.

"Jackass."

Sakura delivered a fierce punch to his jaw, hearing bone crack. Sasuke flew back into the wall behind him, he could feel his broken jaw already beginning to swell. He looked up at Sakura, who was still standing. She gave him a sweet smile before walking into the bathroom and locking the door.

Sakura looked at her reflection in the mirror, still smirking.

Take that asshole. Don't think that you can just come and barge back into my life.

She turned on the shower and, very satisfied with herself, began to wash her hair.

Outside, a now livid Sasuke pressed a cold cloth to his jaw, waiting for the stupid, annoying pink haired girl to come out of the shower.
