Sakura ran over and placed her hands on Sasuke's shoulders.

"Sasuke what happened?" she asked.

Sasuke coughed once more, he smirked," Orochimaru is dead."

Orochimaru is dead? How could that be....

"Oh my God... You killed him didn't you?" Sakura whispered.

"Yeah, I did," Sasuke replied.

"But... Why? I thought he was your mentor, he was supposed to teach you how to defeat Itachi-"

"I had no more use for him. And..." he paused.

"And what?" Sakura prompted.

"I was always planning on coming back to Konoha."

Tears began flowing from Sakura's eyes.

For a moment, neither boy nor girl said anything. But then Sakura began crying in earnest and wrapped her arms around Sasuke tenderly, neither noticed that Sakura had been sleeping only in a pair of black panties and a black bra.

She cried for a moment longer, and then she pulled away and began to heal Sasuke's many injuries. She laid his head on her lap, and placed her hands on his chest, her hands glowing green with healing chakra. She closed her eyes in concentration as she assessed his wounds.

He had three broken ribs, a fracture in his forearm, a fracture in his cheek, a sprained ankle, and seven broken fingers.

Sakura spent two and a half hours healing him; a light sheen of sweat had covered her body. When she was finished she pulled her hands away and ran her fingers through her long hair. Sasuke's eyes were still closed, but she knew he was awake. Uchiha's never showed weakness.

"Sasuke?" she whispered.

"Hn?"

Sakura smiled to herself," I need to move you to the bed. Do you think you can stand?"

Sasuke didn't bother with a response; he began attempting to stand on his own. However, his ankle wasn't completely healed, and neither were his ribs (medics never fully healed bones, they healed them halfway and then allowed the body to heal the rest naturally), thus resulting in him being unsteady on his feet. He began leaning in one direction, but Sakura was there to catch him.

But of course, Sasuke did not land on the hard floor, oh no. He had landed with his head on Sakura's chest. And since she was not wearing anything but undergarments, his head rested on Sakura's bigger-than-he-remembered breasts.
