This is Eteraliti. I got the idea from this thing called the "Immortal Jellyfish."
It is capable of avoiding aging and thus it can only be killed by disease or other creatures. :3

Name: Eteraliti [Eternal and Gelati(n) (Said like 'Eternity')]
Type: Water/Poison
Abilities: Clear Body [Prevents the Pokémon’s stats from being lowered.] / Illuminate [Raises the likelihood of meeting wild Pokémon.]
Hidden Ability: Poison Touch [Has a 20% chance of poisoning Pokémon upon contact when attacking.]
Pokedex Entry 1: "It was recently discovered that Eteraliti are capable of reverting back to Trilyp every 10 years, making Eteraliti ageless."
Pokedex Entry 2: "At night, Eteraliti descender into the depths of the ocean and lure in prey by using their glowing heart-shaped organ to lure prey in."
