It's been a while since I've done a critique, so forgive me if I begin to ramble.
The simplicity of the piece is pleasing. It's not overdone nor is it treated as a spectacle like a color-changing rave gif; simply a what-if situation done in the form of a shifting visual. A what-if that certainly provokes deep though.
One gripe I have about it is the transition. It only shifts from Aqua to Aquanort (lol). I feel the shifting between them and not just from one to the other would smooth it out a bit and appear less abrupt. But that's just my opinion; the artist has true control over his/her expression, thus the final say.
In the end, lovely piece and one that excites further for 2.8.
