No, he was not Splinter to make the scratch-marks It has been fault of the same Tigerclaw in a bad moment of anger when Leo was a child, shortly after he had taken Leo with him.
Only after this "incident" tigerclaw would learn to love Leo as his own son.

La tua fantasia ti premia, Onee-San! E vorrei darti qualche piccolo suggerimento:
-Allunga un po' di più i piastroni centrali, in modo che il corpetto non risulti meno grande della testa e quindi, ad occhio, meno proporzionato.
-Stessa cosa per l'inguine.
-Allunga le cosce: ricorda che noi abbiamo gambe lunghe! Stessa cosa per le braccia.
-Ricorda: gli avambracci e le cosce sono poco più lunghi delle braccia e delle gambe!
-Ingrandisci un po' di più i piedi e le dita delle mani e se ti piace, aggiungici delle unghie. Lo renderai migliore!
