This is adorable in too many ways to count. It just gives a fun, yet sleepy air to it that made me giggle when I first saw it. My favorite part of this piece is the bull. The contrasting colors used to shade it work surprisingly well. It also has various textures that I love in the fur, mouth, around the eyes, and the horns.
The only thing I'm not sure I agree with is the background color. I think it blends too much with the hooves, mouth, and horns since they're black as well. I think I would have added another color in the background to provide a little more contrast, but that would be it. :/

Just paint, paint paint! Experiment and get to know the medium Try painting and then adding salt before it dryes for really cool effects. I've done a tutorial on my blog, (i'ts in swedish, sorry, but with a lot of pictures) if you would like to look at it [link] or this one with the salt [link] Hope it was to some help
