If there was anyone that could be the instructor; I could see it as three people; Mei, Zarya, or even Mercy.
Mei is just a girl who knows how to carry her weight and in all the right places mind you
Zarya cause... well... she's just too easy to make the instructor. Hell, she even has the emote for it
And why Mercy? Well, I can just see her cheating at it and using her wings to hover around and cheat some of that extra weight she's been putting on.
