Hmmmm....I actually like this photo, the only thing I would recommend is to not have the model's hair hanging over the tub's edge since it somehow doesn't fit with how a drowning in a tub would appear in my mind.

personally, i like how the hair is hanging off the edge of the tub. it makes for a more interesting shot, rather than just the girl in the tub. i would just put the hair together a bit more, not so spaced out. it would make it look a little more natural. for me at least. either way, it's a very nice picture.
