I was just messing around with a photo of tulips and i got this neat effect, so i made it into a wallpaper. this is my first wallpaper and personally i think its the best thing ive squeezed outta photoshop in a long time. Please rate/comment!

This is very nice how the tulips have the textured look
Imagine what this would look like on a canvas piece....I would pay for that truly; very excellent
