Nihilego from PokemonWell if Sakurai is known to throw us curveballs. So if he doesn't want to use Decidueye (or anyone else) He could go with Nihilego since it was the focus Ultra Beast in the original Sun and Moon game with Lusamine. Ultra Beasts along with Z-Crystals were the new gimmick in Gen 7.
But if anything could happen to the Ultra Beasts in Super Smash Bros Ultimate. Just like Legendary Pokémon that come out Master Balls in Smash, maybe Ultra Beasts could come out Beast Balls. So 3rd Pokeball item

Seeing some of the Ultra Beast in Smash would be great. I may not know much about them, but from what I have heard they are quite interesting. The background works well for this one. Nice work.

Eh, if you want my thoughts on this I'd say Buzzwole, seems like an easier moveset to cook up instead of Nihilego.
But my actual hope for a Pokemon rep is Incineroar.
