Smash 'fans' that don't want more sword fighters: "Stop putting anime swordsmen in Smash! There's too many!"
Sakurai: "Well how about a large anime wolf that uses a sword?"

When the Gen 8 mascots of Pokémon Sword & Shield were revealed in the latest Pokémon Direct, I decided to make Smash entries to celebrate the 2 Legendary wolfies
Not entirely positive about the entry-line I gave Zacian.
-Well for one thing, I hate calling any Pokémon an "it" but since majority of Legendary Pokémon don't have genders and a lot of people will give me a lot of drama if I gave Zacian a gender. So I hesitantly call Zacian an it
-But secondly and more importantly, how can you "draw" a sword when it's always in your mouth
Now that you have seen Galar's Gen 8 mascots, have you chosen which version you want to own first? I pick Zacian
Also another thing. Due to Zacian and Zamazenta both are wolves and look alike. Do you think we might have another Cosmog situation, meaning Legendary Pokémon that have evolution-lines?

Zacian here is my favorite of the two legendary Pokemon for Pokemon Sword and Shield. Both the background and tag line are wonderful for this.
