Quick Lolita shoot at FanExpo this year- working to beat the sun to varing degrees of success, but I really loved the surreal feel of this shot.I'm behind the camera, not in the costume.

Dispite the fact that it seems like a normal garden my first thought was "Wonderland". The framing is fantastic, the angle is just right, and the colors are amazingly vibrant. The camara tilt follows the way her head is turning giving it a "looking towards the future" kind of feel. Fantastic!

She really reminded me of Alice, so a lot of the shots I tried to theme that way. I was really happy with how vibrant this set came out, even if I need more work killing out the sun for some shots.

well, I'd say you succeeded! Sun makes life hard...If I can help it I try and aim for cloudyish days, bright sun equals lot happy most of the time.
