Before he was Wes the Weasel, not he's a cat to match this fairy tale "The Parrot and The Cat". I changed him to match the Fairy Tale land.

Wes is a friend and rival... so frenemy? to B.B. Wolf. He was a skinny cat and become friends with B.B. Wolf at first till who knows when Wes's roommate... or butler that's a Parrot fatten him up and he become the biggest person in school. Then in few days B.B. Wolf appears fat too. He kind of like how Wolf looks but wonder who's the biggest, him or Wolf.
