Since I do not have a scanner big enough to scan my comic pages, at least I can scan and submit storyboards which are smaller

Some explanations, if you want you can read:

This is a work I did for school, and I found out I LOVE drawing storyboards! The setting is Poland durgin the World War II, I chose the setting once I knew the story should have had an historic theme...
Why did I choose Poland during WW2, the answer is simple, I've been to Poland lately and visited different cities and got to know its history, something I have already studied in history books at school, but sometimes those books neglect details and make history looks like a fairytale story instead of the story of us, human beings.

Fortunately Traveling is an act of "mind-opening" (at least for me) and during travels you get to know people and make intetresting experiences, and especially you have the chance to meet history in person in any place you visit.

When they say "We can learn from history" they are right, the only thing is that in my opinion history is not considered as important as it should be not at school nor outside school.

Anyway, I LOVED to learn about Polish history and in particular during the occupation of Germany, in particular I LOVED when I learnt about some corageous people who really cared about other human beings, so I wanted to write about Irena Sendler
