...the comments on the last WIP motivated me soo much that I was really anxious to finish it and -VoilΓ‘- here it is
!And I'm happy to announce: My scanner works again
=Princess-of-Shadows aka Liliana Sanchez -To me she also is the princess of light, cause I just love the lighter pieces in her gallery so much
, so I thought her portrait should be a lighter one as well 
My drawing will participate in her drawing-contest, so wish me luck
size: Drawn on A2, but it fills only like ~40x40cm
material: B; 2B mech pencil, 9B pencil, kneaded eraser, 185g/mΒ² paper, brush, cotton pads

Nice work on the details, especially the clothing. I can really see you interest in fashion shinning through. The fingernails, the lace, and the fold of the sheets. Very well done. Nice and delicate.

Did you tweak this piece in PSP at all? The hair looks very dark for a piece rendered purely in graphite. It looks like you used charcoal under it. It's damned good.

This piece is purely done in graphite but youre kinda right, I have to work over some of my drawings in PS cause the scanner doesnt pick up large black parts that well. I don't use charcoal though, I can't do detailed work with it kinda

Wieviel Zeit verbingst du ueber solchen Bildern?

Das schwankt etwas von Bild zu Bild, aber in den meisten stecken 1-2 Wochen Arbeit, also ca. 20-40 Stunden. Soviel Zeit hab ich natΓΌrlich nur wΓ€hrend der Ferien

Also angefangen mit Portraits habe ich mit 15/16 also vor ~6-7 Jahren, hab dann aber ne lΓ€ngere Pause eingelegt und erst vor knapp 3 Jahren wieder intensiver angefangen. Seitdem versuch ich mich stetig weiter zu entwickeln mit dem ziel des perfekten Fotorealismus vor Augen
