I'm not entirely sure where the happy idea came from. At first I saw it, then I took a second look and I don't think so. Especially if you added a tear, that would make it look more like a "help me" look.

Hmm. Despite some of the comments here, I like how happy the model looks, despite the lack of mouth. It's a really different take on what could have been a cliched image.

I like the make-up effects and the smooth skin contrasted with the rough brick wall. The picture looks a bit like she was in a happy mood, instead of a dark, foreboding one, for "The Happening".
