First of all, your anatomy and proportion looks great! The snarl is very well done. It can be hard to make the wrinkles look right on the bridge of the nose but you've done a great job making it convincing with proper lighting and shading.

Your lineart is minimal, which complements the realistic style you're using pretty well - my only suggestion would be to try coloring the lines on the teeth a dark grey rather than black to help them blend in a little bit better.

The colors look lovely together. I don't know if your commissioner asked for a natural, realistic style, but the way the colors are blended makes for an excellent base coat.

I believe the place you could improve is in the fur on the neck. Wolves naturally have a very thick neck with shaggy fur, like you've drawn, but it often does not fall straight down like a mane - it sticks out from the neck a bit, with pieces and chunks of fur rather than large sections of hair.
