My recreation of the 2017 live action Beauty and the Beast Belle gown! This was made on commission for my friend
Materials:
Chiffon, Dupione, fabric paint, roll of tulle ribbon, gold tulle ribbons, tulle and organza petticoat. Jewelry was purchased.
