Some candy colored wooden fish I painted up. I love these little fish -- they're cut in such a way that they wriggle from side to side, and they're really durable and kid friendly.I haven't painted any of these in a long time because someone had once commissioned me for a set of 40 of them for a shop in the Dominican, and only after I finished all of them did I discover the shopkeeper wasn't going to pay me. Kinda burned me out on the fish for a spell, but they're very cool.

Aw, sucky that you got burned out on them, 'specially because they're kid friendly. I love handmade, kid friendly stuff so, so much. I hope you're still doing them a few years down the line, when someone in the family decides to have kids and I can gift a set of them
Joke aside, they're lovely. They look like they've had so much time invested in them, they have a sweet expression, bright colors...very fitting.
