Mm, I'm glad I was able to finish something tonight. I was afraid I wasn't going to. But after some hardships I just so happened to look through my sketchbook and I found this near completed sketch and I was inspired to finally splash some color on it.

This is for my best friend in the entire world , with Mickey and Minnie dressing up as her gorgeous and fabulous OC princess and knight couple Aster and Dante.

Ugh, so gorgeous.

I of course am terrible at paying attention to references until it's too late, so my recreation isn't at all faithful, but hey, nothing was ever going to match up to the original designs. Also mine's pretty messy. Mickey's pose got all screwed up there because reasons.

I imagine Minnie is saying something eccentric and Mickey is coming up with just the right retort. I don't know if Dante would feel comfortable with cloaks, but unfortunately I like cloaks a lot, especially ones that defy physics and just look pretty, so...yes I gave him a cloak.

Hope you like it okay, Tell-Me-Lies . Without you I'd have never come this far and I might have given up posting on here forever. But it's been an amazing journey exploring our OTP together (among all the other awesome aspects of our friendship), and I'm so glad you were always present for it. You're the best and I love you. We were just talking about our first art trade all those years ago...crazyyyyy.
