sorry for the mess, folks! That's a bargirl actually, but as she always acts like a guy I just couldn't call that picture nothing but “Bartender”.

it's Barmaid. A girl bartender is sometimes called barmaid

I love how the farther this is zoomed out, the clearer the bottles look behind her, but when you zoom in, you can see all the paint strokes. It's so pretty!
