Description Grizzer the Wolf from the International Wolf Center.

*UPDATE -- Grizzer's littermate Maya recently passed away (weep), so this cutie was taken out of the pack and was put into the "retirement" pack. The sanctuary was afraid that without Maya he would be a target for the younger wolves.

**Since I don't get on here that often and I've had so many people ask....If you want to draw, paint or otherwise re-create this photo, that's fine by me! I'd like to see the finished product

If you are looking for wolf photo's to use for wolf awareness or anything to do with rescuing, saving, rehabilitating wolves and are PRO-wolf, by all means, use the photo!!!**

awww GRIZZEEEEEEER TODAY IS HIS BIRTHDAY!!!!! <3 I love that wolf from international wolf center! I am also member of them! And I really feel sorry for Maya and Grizzer, Maya for leave us actually cry when I think about it, and Grizzer for lose everything that make him alive , now is him having a hard time, hope he gets better soon

At the same time, the cropped forehead focuses on the face more! Maybe it was not such a bad thing! Amazing shot through glass by the way. They must use lots of windex!

Ha ha! Maybe I had the lens pushed right up against the glass in hopes of cutting down on any glare or reflection. Obviously, it worked

Maya was euthanized? Darn, she was my favorite, as I have a friend called Maya. Brilliant picture by the way, you really captured the emotion. I looked at that and thought, "wow, that is one bored wolf" xD
