First drawing of the new year!!!! And it's my half of an art trade with TriachiI finally had a day off today and was able to churn this out. It's been a rough couple of months, and I'm just happy to finally be able to draw something after weeks of running around working and trying to get everything sorted at my new house ahhh.

AHHHH thank you so much <33 I have a lot of art saved on pinterest that i take some inspiration from if im really stuck, but most of the time I try to take elements of the character and incorporate that to make a relevant background ;v; It can be hard, especially when the commissioner doesnt give me much information about their character. But usually in that case i try to use colors that compliment the design ;v;

Ohh, right, Pinterest is a great place for inspiration. But i'm really impressed that you're able to come up with such nice backgrounds in those situations where the commissioner doesn't give much information--that's what I find difficult to do when I get commissions. Super impressed O:
