I really like the shading on this one. Was it your idea to make the skull bite the ribbon? I think it's a kinda unique idea, binds the text into the image pretty well. Very nice!

this is insane i wish i could draw this gud n any tips on drawing a rose ?? cuz i needa finish a drawing 4 som1 n i have everything set up just i sux at drawing roses....but anyway ya this is amazing

lol thanks very much! Client is very happy with it, I'll be getting a photo of it when she gets it tattoo'd.
My advice would be drawing from google images and other people's tattoos. draw as MANY of them as you can, you'll start to know all the lines and different ways to draw them off by heart and make your own kind of illustrated roses. Good luck! x

I think it's awesome! The jaw is almost creating a cheeky half smile, cocked to one side, goes well with the whole idea

love the roses but the bottom jaw doesnt sit right to me

thank you. Yeah theres a few things that irritate me about it that aren't quite right.
like the jaw placing/size(its slightly off on one side)/rose placement. It was all done freehand so the balance was drawn up by eye. But my client loves it and I guess all that matters.
Its a learning piece for me and I enjoyed it
