After doing Dudley dressed as Nick Wilde and Kitty dressed as Judy Hopps, I decided to do another TUFF Puppy character dressed as a Zootopia character. This is a fan character from ShineWubbOrtiz2199 , Shine Ortiz, the niece of Kitty dressed as Gazelle. Pretty much, if any TUFF Puppy character or OC was like Gazelle, I'd say it would be Shine.Shine Ortiz is (C) to ShineWubbOrtiz2199
