Host Club realized that Haruhi was missing so Kyouya explains that the was at some other high school for some reason. Tamaki forces everyone to split up to search for her. Takashi is the one who finds her... dancing with someone no less!

When I write I call him Takashi unless its Haruhi or someone else talking to him because they call him Mori-senpai otherwise he's Takashi to me.

In episode 7, Takashi kept sniffing around with "natural instincts" to find Mitsukuni, so why not for Haruhi? He's carried her enough times.
Haruhi's outfit was a bitch, but I got the design from episode 2. It was the costume Tamaki wanted her to wear, but she denied.
