Messing around with Imageready yielded wonderful results. XD It took a while but finally I learned how to make moving icons easily.

Shhhhh!! Photoshop people could be listening to this conversation! Technically, you're not supposed to since it's bundled with like a $200 program (Photoshop)... but I did download it from Kaaza. You can find it on there, or any other shareware program like Limewire.
