I noticed that Nerina from my RWBY fan fic ARGT has some things in common with Neo, particularly they are both quiet, graceful, and incredibly dangerous. (Plus there is a fan theory that Neo, like Nerina, is based on the Little Mermaid). However, there is one huge difference that very much stands out. So, just for fun, I used to RWBY height chart to show them side by side. (Keep in mind, Neo is wearing heels)
