Hi,

Here’s a traditional drawing of the KOTOR 2 character Darth Nihilus. I made this one a couple days ago. Darth Nihilus is one the main antagonists of the second installment of the Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic franchise, an RPG released in 2004. Even though I started to read Star Wars comics before playing the KOTOR games, they were another gate to the extended universe which made me like it so much. Today, I barely remember what the story was. I couldn’t even tell if I preferred one game to the other. But I do remember these unforgettable characters!

This piece isn’t as refined as the ones I usually submit; and it could’ve been better, especially the hands, but I like to finish my drawings faster when I draw traditionally. I usually spend about 10 hours on my digital pieces, more when there’s a detailed background. It’s sometimes enjoyable to be able to wrap up something sooner, especially since I only have so much time to draw every day. I’m quite happy with the result though! I hadn’t used markers for almost a year, it felt nice to color with them once again.
