Another lollipop uhhh inspired deviation, but this time it's L!
This is a wallpaper/gift for a good friend of mine. 
She wanted either an L or a Raito one, but I drew the first because I felt that I might do some injustice if ever I messed up Raito's immaculately maintained hair
Anyway, I hope she'll like it!
