Truth be told, if Amity saw Luz die in Watching and Dreaming, she would've been in a self-loathing position similarly to how Luz was in Thanks to Them. If you guys are wondering how I know this, it was actually something Sarah-Nicole Robles and Cissy Jones explained on what would the HexSquad's reaction be if they saw Luz die in the finale. I'm actually glad they didn't for two reasons.

1. The finale is meant to be focused on the main trio that started the series.

2. The HexSquad had to save everyone in the Archives from being broken.
