Description
A sort-of fake/entry to (which people should go and watch all the awesome ACTUAL entries!
), this is Sailor Blue Moon just finished transforming. At least I think so. 
I haven't actually thought out a transformation scene for her, I usually don't do that on the fact that they didn't have much of that in the manga. 
Anyway, I imagine that she'd either be shy or scared, so her posture would probably be slightly less flashy and more 'uhm, what now?' other than that, she tried to be like her mommy! Nearly didn't finish this one, too many things that didn't turn out the way I wanted.
But U didn't want to waste the sketch either, so I figured what the heck, I'll save as much as I can. Besides, I don't draw Sailor Blue Moon often enough!Sailor Moon (c) Naoko Takeuchi.

I actually have a Sailor Blue Moon as well, but I never knew u had one when I made her. I didnt copy. I hope you dont mind. ANd, for the record, yours is 100x cuter cause mine is just a character I need for my moon line as Crescents ancestor and KOusagis granddaughter . . . although I have a complex background story made up for her . . .

It is! Although (in modern at least) use it means something that happens rarely, not something impossible. The popular meaning of blue moon is the second full moon in one calendar month, and that doesn't happen every day after all!

Her fuku is soooo prettyy, and I love the brooch with the wings! I like the idea of her not really knowing what to do after her henshin either, that's cute.
