Because I said that one days Celestia would get a fuku of her own. She's been dreadfully jealous since her inter-dimensional twin got one!
Celestia ([link] ) is my part of a fun little "project" between me and , and she's the guardian kitten to my Sailor Cosmos, Usako ([link] ). Anyway, in addition to her usual role as advisor she's also Chibi Cosmos senshi guardian. She really does follow her everywhere!
Cele's colour scheme when it comes to clothes is usually pink, but her fuku is purple/lavender to match Usako's. The heart "tattoo" on her face (mostly hidden by hair here) also changes colour from pink to purple when she's in senshi form. I think the upper part of her fuku came out a bit heavy, but otherwise I like it.

She looks so pretty! I love her fuku design. I like how the colors, and the design itself, are softer and more elegant. She looks like the elegant sort of lady~ And I love how the design of her choker, with the droplet there, ties in with the design of her locket! How original!
