How do you do this, do you use special settings? I tried something similar, but mine were really blurry..

Thanks!. The only thing you need is a light source to work without the camera flash. I use a flash with slave mode, but you can use a bulb or a flashlight. Simply test it.
I`m planning to do a tutorial-walkthrough about this technique.
