I thought something like that, never got into water colors myself, i prefer color pencils, and i am now try a paint program. and thank you for answering my question.

There are special aquarelle pencils,wich works like colour pencils and you can add water on the coloured space and it'll look like watercolours. ^^ Theyre usually abit more expensive than regular colour pencils though.

I wonder if those kind of color pencils are the kind i use to draw dragons on the kids at the play ground? My mom says their special so they can't get many of them for face painting.
